Call to arms against the reef-killing starfish

STORMS and starfish are causing vastly more damage to the Great Barrier Reef than bleaching, with more than half of the coral having been destroyed in the past three decades.
New Australian Institute of Marine Science research shows coral now covered 13.8 per cent of the reef, down from 28 per cent in 1985.Read more
